Dear Glenwood Landing Families,
‘Tis the season! December is here and the SCA would like to start this newsletter by wishing everyone a little more sparkle, a little less stress, and nothing but the very best! We understand that December can be a hectic month, but we want to remind everyone of a couple of things.
Square1Art orders are due Monday, December 6th.
Spirit Day is Friday, December 10th.
The annual GWL Winter Concert will take place virtually - please stay tuned (get it?!) for more information from the school/district so you do not miss your student's performance.
Glenwood Landing School is once again partnering with Little Saint Nick Foundation in hopes of collecting toys to donate to children in local hospitals. Everyone is invited to donate a toy to this worthy cause.
There is no SCA member meeting this month. The next member meeting is Wednesday, January 12th @ 9:30a.
The CREW event is coming in January! Our Curious Readers Enthusiastic Writers event takes place the entire month. We are currently working on this event to provide the children with the same experiences they have always had, including a visit from a children's best selling author/illustrator on January 13th! Keep an eye on your email this week for a form to order books autographed by this amazing author! Orders will be due December 10th in order to receive the books in time for the special event.
